The future of what we call EDA may not be so bleak
FOSDEM 2016

Many EDA tools are burdened by their own legacy. They started out decades ago and have been 'patched' along without a complete re-think of development methodologies and new views of usability. In this short talk I'll discuss some ideas about how that could change through (possible) emerging interests in what we do.
