Community builders need data to measure growth, track volunteer contributions and measure success. Over the past year we have been pioneering the way we gather data about participation in Mozilla by defining contribution types, crafting pathways, building large scale systems, and publishing data. In this talk we will be giving the overview of the efforts so far and the way forward.
