The Mozilla project was one of the first "take a company's code and open it" projects, has always been one of the biggest open source projects, and likes to leverage the work of others. We also own an extremely valuable trademark. This means that if you can think of a licensing or trademark issue, Mozilla has probably had to deal with it. And despite the head of the project being a lawyer, most of the issues have been handled by non-lawyers. This talk will be a brief journey through some of the more interesting (to those on this track, at any rate) things we've faced, with plenty of time for questions.
