Facebook is in the transition to OSF (coreboot/linuxboot) solution as the next generation of host firmware technology. To deploy OSF solution to the fleet, it has to reach feature completeness and maturity. This presentation describes how we set up the build/test infrastructure to support this mission. One design goal of such infrastructure is to ensure effective engineering collaboration with ODMs. Another design goal is to enable the community to build/customize OSF solution on Facebook OCP platform to suite unique needs.
Wiwynn provides Tioga Pass that is one of Wiwynn`s OCP server products and users can develop Linuxboot BIOS for Tioga Pass. And Wiwynn has OSF ready plan for Intel CooperLake platform.
