Martina Pocchiari is a Doctoral Candidate in Empirical Quantitative Marketing at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. With her research, she investigates how online communities create value in face of changing technology and disruptive events. She also partners with selected companies, to run field experiments on increasing engagement and business value in online communities. Her work was presented at top marketing conferences, including Marketing Science, the European Marketing Academy, and the Italian Marketing Society.
