Biography

Neville is a Postdoctoral Research Associate on the ENTRA project at the University of Bristol. As part of the ENTRA project, he is developing compiler optimisations and static analysis techniques and tools for use on concurrent software running on energy constrained systems.

Neville obtained a PhD at the University of Southampton, with the Electronics and Software Systems group, where he conducted research on program analysis and transformation techniques for dynamic and bytecode languages. Prior to his PhD, Neville worked as a Software Engineer for two years, developing commercial software and leading development teams. He actively seeks collaboration with industrial partners to ensure impact of his research.
