Biography

Howdy! I'm Eike Jesinghaus, a 15 y/o hobby programmer from Germany. I'm one of the lead developers of Veripeditus.

On my eleventh birthday my former computer science teacher and soon-to-be friend got me a book about programming video games with Python. After first thinking it was a geography book (due to the title "Hello World!") I instantly fell in love with the idea of communicating with the computer. While everyone else was celebrating and eating cake, I began to program my first small programs and soon my first experimental games. After a few months I was comfortable with Python and PyGame and started leading non profit workshops at the FrOSCon. Since then programming has become a big hobby of mine. At the moment I'm developing Veripeditus together with the guy that got me the book.
